Hi there


Miss me?

I guess so, since I had a few messages in my email ;)



This is just a quick post to let you know that I'm okay.

I was in Idaho all last week for a family member's wedding.

So, don't worry, I didn't abandon you and I'll post again very soon.

Today though, I'm going to relax after driving back 12 hours.

I'm sure you understand.

And I missed all of you too :)

    Hi Rue, some beautiful scenery driving up north to the wedding. Hope you had a nice time with your family. Did Mini and Bubba come along? Also I think the weather is leaning toward Fall, especially in your neck of the woods. Kathleen in Az

      Nope Mini and Bubba stayed home with a babysitter. Bubba isn't too fond of traveling and of other dogs lol

      It's definitely becoming Fallish around these parts. Thank goodness! I hope it's the same for you all down there :)

    I hope the family wedding was not affected by all the fires and the smoke in the air. I'm up on the WA/ID border about an hour south of Spokane and the smoke has finally cleared after some much needed rain.

    Hi Rue here from NYC! I so enjoy your blog and have read for a long time. I always wished you would come back to blog land and was so happy when I saw on another blog (Brenda;s I believe) you were back! I love each post and adore your charmimg home and its history is amazing. I love the decor as well and your furnishings are so fitting. Also loved your Crestline car would love to hear update if new owner to keep in touch if any detailing they may have done. :) I live in NYC in an apt. and have a home in Arkansas and love to read, enjoy DIY shows, volunteer child care for my sweet ltittle cousins (adorable boys 5 & 8) so mommy can have some time to herself.       Bubba did miss me. He howled when I got home for at least 20 minutes. It's his way of telling me I'm a mean mom for leaving him lol
