Don't dogs know the most comfy spot. That's what my little dog loves to do on our daybed, as long as he doesn't have an episode of amnesia, and forget he's not outside. xoxo Su
ReplyDeleteLife is messy, but with the help of flowers and cute doggies, it sure makes it better:) Kathleen in Az
ReplyDeleteIt sure does ;)

Those doggies are so sweet!
ReplyDeleteLove all of those pictures! Especially the ones of the pups!

Loving your real life...and your gratuitous shots! ;) Keep 'em coming!
ReplyDeleteYour post is much like mine that I just posted. Your dogs are such cutie pies! My Sadie does not like to have her picture taken at all. if she sees you pointing the camera or phone at her, she will avert her gaze. Silly dog! Have a lovely rest of the week.
ReplyDeleteBubba is super adorable. I'm not even a dog person! But I love admiring other people's sweet doggies.
ReplyDeleteI love your kitchen sink Rue! Beautiful pictures of the flowers too ;-)
ReplyDeletePrety pics and I love the pups!
ReplyDeleteRue, I love random pics the best, and in fact, just did my own post of this and that. Those cute little birds are trying to get their daily food. You will come to know that I have a soft spot for the birds. I was looking at your yellow flowers and noticed your gorgeous hutch in the background. And those white flowers look a bit like hydrangeas.
ReplyDeleteRandom pics are the best, Rue. They show us small pieces of our friends and allows us to get to know them better.

Love the random true life photos! your dogs look so peaceful and cute sleeping! Do you use Alum to help your cut Hydrangeas stay fresh longer? If not, it really helps
ReplyDeleteI love the photos of the dogs, and oh, the photo of the bouquet in your living room is outstanding!

It's always a treat to see your kitchen, Rue. And the bags of groceries show that it's a very real working kitchen. Mini is so sweet snuggled up to Bubba wrapped in his blankie. These kinds of days are the best.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a nice relaxing weekend - for everyone.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful snapshots of your life! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBusy and messy are good things...it's called the real world. I actually wouldn't be comfortable if my home was perfect everyday, I like a casual, down home look. Love your kitchen!
ReplyDeleteI think your house is perfection!
ReplyDeleteYou make smile smile Your home is so 'homey'!

Just normal life! Which is so lovely to see. Especially flowers, in the sink, in a vase, anywhere!!! Flowers definitely add the finishing touch to making a home in my view. xx
ReplyDeleteI love random...that's how my mind works. ;-) I love all your pictures, but Bubba and Mini have stolen my heart.
ReplyDeleteI love it! Puppies sleeping make it a home. :)
ReplyDeleteVery precious post!!!
ReplyDeleteAn example of how "easy" it is, to "find something" to post. :-)
If we simply think outside the box, and take shots of normal going's on, and post 'em.
:-))))))))
Hugs,
Tessa
Rue....I love your quilts. Are they old ones? Such a good time to curl up with the pups and the quilts. Nice!
ReplyDeleteHi Rita :)
DeleteYes, they're all old. I found them here and there at thrift stores. No one wanted them because they have rips and holes, but I can't resist loved things that need a home :)
I agree--your quilts are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely post, and Bubba and Mini are so cute...
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Thank you everyone for your sweet words :)
