Bubba and rainbows

This weekend, I looked out my window and saw this...

"Bubba, want to come outside and see the rainbow?"

"No. I'm being lazy."

"Well fine then, but you're missing out...."

Oh well.

Even though Bubba had no interest in it, I thought you might :)

The sun started to come out a little bit and I noticed a second one forming.

Hmmm... I wonder where the end of that one goes...

Well, of course!

Right over a casino ;)

See it on the left?

I have no idea where the other one went, but it sure was pretty :)

  7. Rue,
I believe that when we see a rainbow that it is a gift.

So, today I received a gift through your lens, thank you.

    Hello there Bubba. :~)

  8. Double rainbow, how beautiful! Love your view Rue! So your sweeties just want to snuggle, perfect time with the rain we had. It was pretty intense down here in Phoenix, lots of thunder and lightning. Kathleen in Az

  15. It's lucky enough to see one and even luckier to catch it with your camera. Bubba looks about as motivated as Layla does in the a.m.

  16. Beautiful photos of the rainbows! I saw one a couple of weeks ago, but by the time I went inside to get my camera and then went back out, it was gone. Bubba looks way too content to move, lol.

  23. That is totally ridiculous! A rainbow that ends at the slot machines, classic! Double rainbows are super rare, you are a very lucky girl to catch them and such a perfect one at that. Thanks for sharing, no rainbows here for a long, long time.

  26. We have also seen many rainbows here the past week-- the beautiful end lots of storms here! I am always excited to see them!

I have had house guests for over a week--3 adult friends and a baby, and our weather was very bad for a week--tornado warnings and torrential rain and hail--so please excuse my absence from visiting! The good news is my new granddaughter was born yesterday!!! We are all very blessed!

  28. Well, I'm not sure I buy into the whole "pot of gold at the end of a rainbow" thing anymore! I know for a fact, one time the end was most definitely not in a pot of gold! Last year we had a rainbow that ended at our house and by golly, if there is any gold, at all, around here, I sure as heck haven't found it! LoL Beautiful none the less!

    Grace & Peace

Thank you so much for leaving a comment. It means so much to me that you took the time and I read each and every one. If you don't have a blog, look for a response under your comment. I try to get to them within a few days :)

For some reason, the comment box doesn't always show up, so if you want to leave a comment, replying to someone else's comment seems to work. Also, I've had to switch from safari to chrome in order to comment on blogger, so that might be the issue. If not, you can always reach me via email, located on my side bar. Thank you!
