Snowy New Year

In the early hours of New Year's Eve, it started snowing and this was the view from my side door, as I was walking up the stairs in the morning....

We hardly had any last year and I had no idea how long it would last, so I made sure to take some pictures.

A nice fire was a definite must.

And we rang in the New Year safe and sound at home....

and even got to watch a firework show downtown that we could see from our window.

What a wonderful start to 2015.

Happy New Year!

Thank you so much for leaving a comment. It means so much to me that you took the time and I read each and every one. If you don't have a blog, look for a response under your comment. I try to get to them within a few days :)

For some reason, the comment box doesn't always show up, so if you want to leave a comment, replying to someone else's comment seems to work. If not, you can always reach me via email, located on my side bar. Thank you!
